If your product isn't covered in the above, or still needs service, Dimplex has a national service infrastructure ready to support you. That means that there's someone near you who is familiar with the range and qualified to undertake repairs or servicing. If the guarantee period has elapsed, simply call one of our fully trained Service Agents directly. Your nearest Service Agents can be found by clicking on the link in the left hand menu.
