Procedure

  1. If you know that a scheme is coming up, telephone ahead and let us know. We will supply you with a brief checklist highlighting the information we need and a unique reference number. This will enable you to book your space.
  2. In order that we can provide you with a full summary of heating requirements, please complete and return the checklist form as soon as possible, together with the following information:
    Plan and elevation drawings [scale 1:50 or 1:100].
    Construction U values.
    Type of scheme ie: domestic, commercial or industrial.
    Internal and external design temperatures required.
    Details of any special requirements or unusual aspects to the building.

This will ensure that we can provide you with the most accurate assessment and time is not wasted in chasing up missing information

If you need the scheme back sooner than 14 days, let us know and we will make every effort to meet your deadline. However, we will promise to return the scheme within 14 working days.
