I have lost the instructions for this product/ I don’t know how to use it

All our products are simple to use and you can download the operating instructions by clicking on the ‘Instructions’ tab in the right hand menu of the product page. If you have a different series to the one downloaded, please speak to our Customer Service helpline, remembering to have the model number and series letter/ serial number of the appliance to hand [this can be found on the rating label]

Can I paint your products?

No, we do not advise the painting of our heaters.

Where should I store my heater?

You are able to store our portable heaters most places but they must not be stored in damp conditions.

How much does it cost to run?

It is impossible to us to give an accurate guide to running costs because there are so many variables involved, however most of our portable heaters incorporate energy saving features such as thermostats or climate control. Please see the ‘Running Cost’ section in the right hand menu for more information.

Can we extend / use an extension lead on this product?

We do not recommend using extension cables with our products

What is the guarantee on this product?

All Dimplex portable heaters, except for the Cadiz ranges have a three year guarantee as standard
