For installers carrying out their first installation of a Dimplex heat pump, or installers handling either a large unit (37kW or over), or a large project consisting of more than 5 units, Dimplex offer an advisory service provided by our Project Engineers. The service consists of a Dimplex Project Engineer travelling to the site to provide help and advise regarding installation concerns.
The service is priced at £300 per day, or £160 for 4 hours of time on site. When requesting this service you will be asked to provide an estimate of the time required. An invoice will be sent on completeion of the Project Engineer's visit(s) to site.
The srevice is offered on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. Note the service is intended as an advisory and project management service only, the physical installation must be carried out by the installers own compentent qualified personnel.
