This is designed for single properties - from flats through to detached houses.

How to use

• Simply select from the drop down fields in the left hand side, click 'Single Pass/Fail' and the results will appear on the right hand side.

• The TER is the Target carbon dioxide Emission Rate and in order to demonstrate compliance, the DER [the Dwelling Emission Rate] must be less than or equal to the TER.

• If your initial results do not return a 'Pass' in the Part L Compliance field, then alternatives from within the drop down menu can be selected to show how to improve the DER and achieve a pass.

• Important - Once the initial set of results have been returned, please remember to click the 'Single Pass/Fail' button every time you make a change.
