You can't edit the color of the body text using the CMS - I have added a background square to make the text readable, and changed the color using code.

(I personally wouldn't use these colours in this context) This is just to show unless you use code, you really only have a choice of white or grey text, and if you use an image in the background, these colours can get lost - colour choices make a big impact, do we want more options available? I think so.
