Learn why it is important to address menopause in the workplace, and how to do so, with consultant Nicola Green.

Come and join us for this empowering seminar, brought to you by Dimplex and Argos.

Approximately 13 million women in the UK are currently going through one of the stages of the menopause, which can last for 4 – 15 years. At Dimplex we want to support our customers with more than just our products, so we have teamed up with Argos to bring to you practical knowledge and support from Nicola Green Consultancy, and encourage conversation about this important subject.

The event will be led by Nicola Green, an experienced consultant offering support and guidance about the menopause in the workplace. Nicola was diagnosed with premature menopause at the age of 35, and had to face the challenges this brought whilst also being married, raising a young family and pursuing a career. Having negotiated the peaks and troughs of her own menopause journey, Nicola now helps businesses and people to break the taboos in the workplace by giving support and advice on the menopause.

This webinar will provide you with facts, information and an understanding as to why it is of paramount importance to support and educate all employees about the menopause. It will also include a completely open and honest account of Nicola’s own ‘real life’ premature menopause journey, as she feels people cannot be expected to understand how the menopause can affect others if they have little or no awareness of it.

The event is free and will be hosted online, so you can take part from the comfort of your own home. All ages and genders are invited. Please be advised that spaces are limited, so book yours today! If you have friends or colleagues who might also be interested, then please share this page and spread the word!

After registering, you will receive an email with the Zoom link and more details on how to join on the day of the event.

We hope to see you there!
