Our training programme covers the topics of heating, cooling and hot water preparation with Dimplex heat pumps as well as controlled domestic ventilation and is aimed at specialist tradespeople in the HVAC and electrical sectors as well as planners and architects. The forum is equipped with heat pumps from all heat sources, including control technology and temperature simulation options, as well as ventilation units in operation.

In our training rooms in the northern Ruhr region, you can learn everything you need to know about domestic ventilation, hot water preparation, heat pump systems and hydraulics with direct practical relevance. Dimplex has had a training centre at the Wiesenbusch Gladbeck Innovation Centre (IWG) since 2018. In an area of just under 50 m², we can provide you with a practical introduction to the expertise of our product portfolio. In addition to specific training topics, our customers can experience the latest heating and ventilation products and systems in a showroom and receive appropriate advice.
