The Edel hot water heat pump is a cutting-edge solution for safe, energy-efficient hot water generation and storage, ideal for retirement and assisted living properties. Edel can be installed together with LSTE low surface temperature panel heaters, designed for spaces where safety is critical, to provide a highly energy-efficient, fully electric hot water and space heating solution.

It provides rapid and controlled heating whilst reducing the risk of burns to vulnerable adults by maintaining a safe external surface temperature of no more than 43°C to NHS estates health guidance notes (1998).

The above heaters feature radio frequency module compatability and can be remotely controlled using the Dimplex Control smartphone app when purchased together with the Dimplex Control Hub. This gives the owner or a resident of a modern smart home command of all supported Dimplex heaters any time, anywhere, via a smart device. All supported electric radiators can be operated individually, or by zone, and the energy usage of each can be easily tracked.
