The WPM Touch heat pump manager is the intelligent control centre with a colour touch display. It manages heating, cooling, and hot water functions and has the ability to cascade up to 14 heat pumps, as well as connecting seamlessly with traditional boilers and PV systems.

Sound-optimised EC fans and inverter-driven compressors deliver whisper-quiet performance with a sound power figure as low as 52 dB(A). Commercial heat pump connectivity via KNX, Modbus, BACnet or MQTT enables seamless integration with both existing and modern building management and smart home systems. It is also network compatible as standard via LAN, allowing convenient control through the Dimplex Control app.
Natural Refrigerant
The Latitude Commercial heat pumps unit operates with small quantities of natural refrigerant R290, offering zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential of 3. R290 has excellent thermodynamic properties. Compared with conventional refrigerants, it can achieve a higher degree of efficiency, ideal for higher flow temperatures (up to 70°C). This makes it a future-proof, sustainable choice that helps specifiers meet both current Building Regulations and anticipated changes to be introduced by the F-Gas 2026 regulatory update.

Weather-resistant, powder-coated steel casing and blue fin coated evaporator ensure reliable long-term operation in a wide range of conditions. Structural separation of sensitive components of the air source heat pump protects the system during installation and operation, while integrated safety features, including a gas separator, safety valves, and electronically monitored propane sensors, enhance security during and post installation and do away with the requirement for annual maintenance of the sensors.
