South Kesteven Council, 1 Eastcliffe Square
South Kesteven District Council in Lincolnshire want to ensure their social housing tenants have access to the lowest energy costs. During the refurbishment of an off-gas, 3-bed end-of-terrace property, the council took the opportunity to install Dimplex quantum high heat retention storage heaters providing access to low-cost energy tariffs. These were paired with the low-carbon Edel hot water heat pump to provide an energy efficient solution for both heating and hot water.

Chateau Mews is a contemporary residential development from Keepmoat Homes, located on the site of a former derelict restaurant in West Bridgeford, South Nottingham. This once-forgotten Brownfield plot has been transformed into a vibrant, welcoming community featuring a mix of high-quality homes designed to meet the needs of local people.
