Dimplex PRO Kit Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Dimplex UK, Millbrook House, Grange Drive, Hedge End Southampton, SO30 2DF (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 1. Promotion Period This Prize Draw starts at 00:01 British Summer Time ("BST") on Monday 1 December 2025 and closes at 11.59pm BST on Monday 2nd March 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 

2. Eligibility: 

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over who are currently enrolled as electrical students or apprentices.
• Proof of student/apprentice status may be required.
• Employees of Glen Dimplex, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. 

3. Entry Requirements: 

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries must be submitted via the official competition entry form or designated platform.
• Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

4. Competition Period: 

• The competition opens on Monday 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 2nd March 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. 

5. Prize: 

• One winner will receive a Dimplex PRO Kit worth over £100.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Dimplex UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification: 

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected. 

7. Publicity: 

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.

9. General: 

• Dimplex UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.
